As part of its Governance Policy, Gobi JSC aims to protect the interests of stakeholders, ensure the implementation of its Corporate Governance Code, and provide investors with accurate and timely information about the company. In line with this, the Board of Directors approved the "Investor Relations Program" in April 2023 to enhance investor engagement.

Under this program, the following activities are being implemented to ensure effective execution:

• Defining and developing channels and methods for communicating information to investors and stakeholders, as well as receiving their feedback and complaints; • Providing accurate, clear, and timely financial and operational information about the company; • Improving the basic understanding of investors regarding the stock market and helping address common issues by preparing and distributing informational guides; • Organizing factory tours to give investors the opportunity to learn about the company's operations in person; • Providing public information in English and other necessary languages for international investors; • Reporting and communicating on the implementation of the program.

Factory Tours for Shareholders As part of the Investor Relations Program, factory tours are organized at least twice a year, and registration for these tours is open via the company's official Facebook page.
