The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Gobi JSC was successfully held virtually via the AGM system at 10:00 a.m. on September 25, 2026, with a 89.81% quorum.

 

Meeting Quorum

A total of 101 shareholders, holding 700,657,153 common shares, participated in the meeting, representing 89.81% of the 780,112,500 total voting shares of the Company.

 

Agenda Items

  1. Approval of the continuation of the Company as a public joint-stock company;
  2. Election of the members of the Board of Directors.

 

Resolutions Adopted by the Meeting

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders adopted the following resolutions:

  1. The proposal for the Company to continue operating as a public joint-stock company was approved with 100% of the votes cast by the shareholders participating in the voting.
  2. The members of the Board of Directors were elected for a three-year term, consisting of 9 members.
