GOBI JSC Achieves 98.6% Score in Corporate Governance Code Implementation

We are pleased to announce that the implementation of Gobi JSC's "Corporate Governance Code" has been evaluated by the office of the board of directors as of the first half of 2023. The evaluation was conducted using the evaluation methodology developed by the Mongolian Stock Exchange to assess the implementation of the newly approved code by the Financial Regulatory Commission on March 23, 2022.
The results of the evaluation were reviewed and confirmed by the Financial Regulatory Committee. The evaluation of Gobi JSC's "Corporate Governance Code" implementation was 88.9% or moderate governance at the end of 2022, and increased by 9.7% to 98.6% as of the first half of 2023, indicating good governance practices and minimal risk exposure.
