The Ethics committee election was held

On December 18, 2023, the members of the Ethics committee were elected through open election from all the employees of different departments and units. Employees with integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness are elected to the Ethics Committee through open elections, embodying ethical leadership principles.  

The Whistleblowing system empowers the Board of Directors, Nomination Committee, and Ethics Committee to directly receive and address information ensuring the detection, resolution, prevention, and continuous improvement of any ethical violations within a framework that is fair and transparent.
