In response to the changes in the structure of Gobi JSC's significant shareholders, other shareholders were granted the right to demand the company to buy back their shares. As a publicly traded company, Gobi JSC fulfilled its legal obligations and ensured the rights and interests of its shareholders. At the Board of Directors meeting on April 19, 2024, it was decided to implement the "RIGHT OF SHAREHOLDERS TO DEMAND THE COMPANY TO BUY BACK THEIR SHARES."

Requests from shareholders to exercise this right were accepted in both paper and electronic forms from April 24, 2024, to June 5, 2024.

During this period, a total of 96 shareholders submitted requests for 3,427,017 shares, amounting to MNT 919,331,580.42. The payments were deposited into the shareholders' central securities depository accounts on June 12, 2024.

Shareholders who submitted requests can receive their payments through their respective securities companies.

For shareholders who did not submit a request to sell their shares, there will be no changes to their shareholding, and they will remain shareholders of Gobi JSC.
