Gobi JSC Achieves 97.2% in Corporate Governance Code Implementation

Gobi JSC achieved a notable governance milestone with a commendable 97.2% implementation of the Corporate Governance Code. The Mongolian Stock Exchange established an evaluation methodology on June 9, 2022, to assess the recently approved Corporate Governance Code, endorsed by the Financial Regulatory Commission on March 23, 2022.

The board of directors' office evaluated Gobi JSC's Corporate Governance Code implementation by the end of 2023, and the findings were subsequently verified by the Financial Regulatory Committee.

Gobi JSC's Corporate Governance Code rating rose from 88.9% at the close of 2022 to 97.2% by the end of 2023, signifying an 8.3% improvement. The governance assessment categorizes it as normal and risk-free.
