Ts. Baatarsaikhan Appointed as the New Board Chair of Gobi JSC

The Chair of the Board of Directors of Gobi JSC, D. Gerelmaa, has stepped down from her position at her own request. She has served as an independent board member since 2013 and as Chair since 2016, making a significant contribution to the advancement of the company's corporate governance. She will continue to serve as an independent board member.

As of February 1, 2025, Ts. Baatarsaikhan has assumed the role of Chair of the Board and officially commenced his duties.
