Compliance Management

Gobi JSC conducts its business operations by adhering to the principles of legality, fairness, responsibility, transparency, and ethics. We emphasize ethical compliance in our sustainable development policy and objectives, and manage the actions taken within this framework through compliance management. Implementing a compliance management system strengthens the trust and confidence of our employees, partners, and domestic and foreign investors, while also helping to prevent potential risks.

Our company approved its Compliance Policy and Objectives in April 2022 and updated the Code of Ethics in August 2022.

Gobi JSC Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee consists of 12 members selected through an open election process, representing a wide range of knowledge, skills, and experience from across the company's workforce.

Whistleblowing System

The "Whistleblowing Management System" is one of the key initiatives we have directed toward our stakeholders.

As part of this initiative, the whistleblowing system has been implemented, allowing anyone—whether affiliated with Gobi JSC or otherwise—to directly report or file complaints about any situation or action that may harm public or individual interests.

The Whistleblowing System is used to report ethical violations, legal non-compliance, breaches of obligations, corruption, conflicts of interest, and violations of the company's code of ethics. Other suggestions and complaints can be submitted through the company's feedback hotline at 70048888, extension 4.
