GOBI JSC has established a comprehensive corporate governance system that comprises a set of structures and regulations designed to maintain a fair and equitable balance between the interests of shareholders, management, and other stakeholders.

Ethical compliance management

Monitors the implementation of the Code of Ethics through the Whistleblowing System and improve the business ethics and compliance management. In Gobi’s sustainability policy, compliance with ethical standards is placed high on the agenda. We define compliance as every measure, activity and initiative in favor of a code of ethics and applicable regulations.

System management

Implementing standards and international certifications. We work on the basis of long-term investment, financial stability, increasing business productivity, creating an environment of reliability, transparency, accountability, and creating a fair and ethical system that balances the interests of all stakeholders.

Risk management

Monitoring and continuous improvement of the company's risk management system. The primary objective of risk management is to enhance the company's profitability and optimize the return on capital by identifying, quantifying, and mitigating risks in line with the risk-return ratio. This process plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's sustained profitability and establishing a management system that aligns with the company's overarching vision and values.

The Ethics Committee

Monitors the implementation of the Code of Ethics through the Whistleblowing System and improve the business ethics and compliance management. We define compliance as every measure, activity and initiative in favor of a code of ethics and applicable regulations. Implementing a compliance management system builds confidence in our employees, customers, domestic and international investors to prevent potential risks and strengthen their trust in our company significantly.

Whistleblow system

Whistleblow system

All stakeholders could directly access the Whistle-blowing system to provide information about situations and actions about ethical misconduct of the Code of Conducts of Gobi JSC, as well as to file petitions and complaints. Any information about ethical misconduct we received in the system, depending on the scope, will be discussed, prevented, solved and improved by the fair system of the Board of Directors and the Ethics Committee. The members of ethics committee were elected through open election from the representative of all employees and from different departments and units and differs from each other by their principles, knowledges and experiences. Ethical violations, violations of legal requirements, commitments, corruption, conflicts of interest, and violations of the organization's Code of Conducts are reported to the whistle-blowing system. Other suggestions and complaints can be made by calling 70048888, the organization's 4 line for receiving suggestions and complaints.
