The "Sustainable Development Awareness and Understanding" training was successfully organized for all employees of Gobi JSC

The era when companies solely pursued profit is now a thing of the past. Today, it is essential to focus on sustainable development, which means working with respect for the environment and the betterment of society. In 2021, Gobi JSC, as a pioneering company in the light industry, established its policy and objectives, embarking on a phased implementation plan to transition towards sustainable production.

The foundation for transitioning to sustainable production as an organization lies in ensuring that employees at all levels share a common knowledge and understanding of sustainable development. It involves spreading a culture where adopting and implementing green practices become integral to the organization's ideology.

From November 28 to December 14, 2023, the Sustainable Development Division organized the "Sustainable Development Awareness and Understanding" training for all employees across 10 departments, 41 divisions, and 5 factories of Gobi JSC. In this training, the sustainable development policy and objectives of Gobi JSC were introduced, and the opportunity to enhance the participation of each employee was discussed. By instilling a collective commitment to sustainable development among all employees, Gobi JSC is making strides towards achieving its sustainable development goals by the year 2025.
