Our team, which strives to maintain customer satisfaction and product and service quality at the highest level, has fully met the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, the Global Standard for Quality Management System, and received a certificate from the SGS world’s leading testing, inspection, and certification company.

By implementing a quality management system, we started to: 

• Categorize all organizational processes into stages. 

• Improve control of the company's "documentation" system. 

• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys regularly and implement comprehensive measures step by step to improve products and services.

Thus, in 2022-2023, "Gobi" JSC has been improving product quality indicators, fully introducing integrated management system standards into its operations, providing products and services that meet international quality standards, and continuously increasing satisfaction.
